Our continuing development of the modular housing project in conjunction with Appi UK, have incorporated some final design tweaks in preparation for construction to begin on a number of sites in 2020.

With these final amendments, it is hoped the homes can be constructed on a number of sites around the Midlands in the coming years, providing much needed housing and transforming once derelict sites into positive additions to local communities.
