The Common Farm development is set to start on site in the coming weeks. The development, comprising of 50 two, three, and four bed houses will provide high quality, additional housing fro the Cannock Chase area.

The development will provide additional green space by opening up central areas of the site, allowing for views through to the Chase, improving the aesthetics of the area.

The development will be built in a number of phases, with phase 1 due for completion mid 2020.
