We are excited to finally announce gaining planning permission for three bespoke dwellings in Coventry. A number of hurdles had to be overcome in order to secure full planning permission for the houses which replace a single dwelling on the site. In depth shadow analysis was required to prove the proposed 3 storey houses do not negatively affect neighboring properties.

A contemporary design approach was adopted, incorporating floor to ceiling windows with minimalist detailing. The materials palette also adopts a contemporary feel, with two contrasting brick types, accented by a timber clad section to the front elevation. A terraced  space opens out from the main living room ensuring light fills the space, whilst providing uninterrupted views of the fields and lake to the front of the properties.

Work is scheduled to start on site early next year.
